The Free plan has no monthly fee or commission when you collect yourself: up to 30 active players with the full product. If your academy grows, the Club plan ($119,000 COP/month, up to 150 players) and Academy plan ($250,000 COP/month, up to 300 players included) charge a fixed monthly fee. Collecting from parents by bank transfer or your local payment method has no commission, and yes: you log and reconcile it yourself, by hand. The fully automatic charge via dLocal Go is optional and that is where your plan's commission applies.
Yes, in fact a good share of the academies using MiCantera are youth-focused, with age groups from U-6 to U-17. The system organizes by category/group, it doesn't assume there's a single team.
The coach can mark attendance manually from a checklist on their phone, or upload a group photo of the training and let the AI recognize each player's jersey number.
Yes, each player can have an individually configured scholarship percentage; it's applied automatically when generating their monthly fee, with nothing for you to remember.
It's not required. Notices and reminders reach them directly on WhatsApp. If they want to see their child's payment status or attendance, they can create a parent account, but the academy works without it.
It travels encrypted (SSL), is backed up every day, and each club is isolated from the rest. No club can ever see another's data. We follow data protection best practices and applicable law.
